Cherico King is currently the principal of Cherico King Architect, P.C.  He is also affiliated with George E. Berger & Associates, LLC.  Mr. King is the chief architect at Mr. George E. Berger's office. Mr. George E. Berger P.E., a formal Deputy Commissioner of Department of Buildings of New York City, is also an expert-witness at Americans with Disability Acts (ADA).

Mr. King received his bachelor Degree of Architecture at Pratt Institute, N.Y. 1990, is a registered architect in the state of New York since 1995. Mr. King works closely with Mr. Berger, in consulting clients with New York City Building Code, Zoning Resolutions as well as Local Laws of The City of New York.
